I'm here to inform you of precautions regarding the Alarmy Premium use.
😢 If you use multiple accounts, you might get no access to the Alarmy Premium
Have you ever been unable to use the Premium features even though you've already subscribed?
I'm sure you must have been confused whenever that happened.
👉 Please note that the Alarmy Premium is likely to be lost if you have accounts of more than one on the Google Play Store profile.
- Alarmy is affected by the account status of the Google Play Store when identifying whether you were a subscriber.
- Please understand that if the app is updated while being switched to an account other than a subscription account, you can be easily recognized as a free user.

Every member of the Alarmy team agrees with your frustration of being unable to access the Premium features according to the account state of the Google Play Store. 😞
So we’re planning to enhance the features to resolve this issue. We're going to make you use the Premium features stably even if you use many other accounts than the subscription account, or change the device to another platform.
It'd take a while because the change might be big as it’s a very important feature but hope you kindly understand.
