If your alarm isn’t ringing, your Huawei phone may be restricting Alarmy from running in the background. Please follow the steps below to ensure your alarms ring properly.

- Start in Background
- Without this permission, the app cannot restart automatically if it gets closed, which may prevent your alarm from ringing. Please enable this permission.
- The setting name may vary depending on your Huawei model and EMUI version, so enable all similar options:
- Auto Start
- Auto-launch
- Run in background
- Display Over Other Apps
- Without this permission, the alarm screen won’t appear when it rings, and you may only receive a silent push notification instead.

⏰ How to Enable Permissions
🔹 Option 1: From the Alarmy App Info Page
- Long press the Alarmy app icon.
- Select App Info (or the ‘i’ icon).
- Find Permissions and enable all required settings.

- Open Settings on your phone.
- Use the search bar to find the permission name.
