[No Ring] How to Fix Alarm Issues on OnePlus phones

If your alarm isn’t ringing, your OnePlus phone may be restricting Alarmy from running in the background. Please follow the steps below to ensure your alarms ring properly.

 

⏰ Please Enable These Permissions

  1. Display over other apps
    • This ensures the alarm screen pops up when it’s time to wake up. Without it, you might only get a silent push notification instead of a loud alarm.
    • Depending on your OnePlus model and Oxygen OS version, look for similar options like:
      • Draw over other apps

 

⏰ How to Enable Permissions

🔹 Option 1: From the Alarmy App Info Page

  1. Long press the Alarmy app icon.

  2. Tap App Info (or the ‘i’ icon).

  3. Go to Permissions and allow everything Alarmy needs.
