In a nutshell,
To make sure your alarm rings properly in Do Not Disturb mode, please check the following:
- Go to your device settings, find the Do Not Disturb menu, and allow Alarmy as an exception.
- Make sure alarm and media sounds are allowed as exceptions during Do Not Disturb mode.

- Do not disturb permission > Allow "Alarmy".
- Do not disturb > Allowed during Do not disturb > Enable "Alarms" & "Media sound".
- Google (Pixel)
- Do not disturb > Notification filters - Apps > Selected apps > Allow “Alarmy”.
- Do not disturb > Notification filters - Alarms & other interruptions > Enable "Alarms" & "Media sounds".
- Xiaomi & Huawei
- Do not disturb access > Allow "Alarmy" app.
- Oneplus
- Do not disturb > Exception - Apps > Enable “Alarmy”
- Do not disturb > Disable “Silence media when Do Not Disturb is on”
- Oppo
- Do Not Disturb > Exceptions – Notifications > disable "Notification drawer and other notification types."
- Do not disturb > Disable “Silence media when Do Not Disturb is on”
