If your alarm isn’t ringing, your Vivo phone may be restricting Alarmy from running in the background. Please follow the steps below to ensure your alarms ring properly.
⏰ Please Enable These Permissions
- Auto Start
- This lets Alarmy restart automatically if it gets closed in the background. Without it, your alarm might not ring at all.
- The menu name may vary depending on your Vivo model and FuntouchOS version. If you see similar options, please enable them.
- Startup (iQoo series)
- Startup (iQoo series)
- Display over other apps
- This ensures the alarm screen pops up when it’s time to wake up. Without it, you might only get a silent push notification instead of a loud alarm.
- Depending on your Vivo model and FuntouchOS version, the menu name may be different. Please look for and enable similar options such as:
- Background pop-ups (iQoo series)
- Floating window (iQoo series)
- Show on lock screen
- Without this, Alarmy can’t display alarms when your phone is locked, which could cause your alarm to stay silent.
- Some Vivo models and FuntouchOS versions may not provide this option separately, so please check and enable it if available.

Long press the Alarmy app icon.

Tap App Info (or the ‘i’ icon).
(Example: Vivo iQoo series) - Go to Permissions and allow everything Alarmy needs.
