There could be 2 possible causes of this issue.
- Camera permission denied
- Alarmy usually requests the permission at first use of photo mission, but sometimes it might not work as expected.
- Please check camera permission in [Settings > Apps > Alarmy > Permissions > Camera]. Give Alarmy the necessary permission.
- Corrupted photo data
- This rarely happens, but is irreversible once it happens.
- Please change the photo to another one, and you're good to go.
