It may be an alarm set before applying "Default alarm setting," or changes you made might not have been saved.
⏰ To Elaborate
Did you set the "Default alarm setting" in the Settings tab?
Many users with this issue thought the "Default alarm setting" is applied to previous alarms, but be aware that the default settings are only applied to new alarms you create.
Also, when you are setting the alarm, no changes are made if you press "Back" button.
So, never forget to press "Done" button when you are customizing the settings and mission.
When the settings are properly finished, there will be a mission icon on the alarm list.
