  1. It is common for the QR/Barcode mission to malfunction when there is not enough light.
    • → Try using the camera flashlight for more light!
    • You can see the button to turn on the flashlight when trying to scan.
  2. Another possible cause is that the QR/barcode is damaged.
    • Check if the code has erased parts, tear, etc.
