⏰ In A Nutshell

Yes, if you upload your music file (mp3 format) to your phone, you can set it as an alarm ringtone. 

 

⏰ To Elaborate

  1. On the alarm editing page, tap "Ringtone".
  2. Among "Classic," "Loud Ringtones," and "Music," select the "Music" category.
  3. Music files in your device will be loaded.
  4. Select the music file you want and don't forget to press OK button at the bottom.

 

⏰ Keep This In Mind

You cannot select music files with DRM*.

*DRM (Digital Rights Management) : When you download a DRM protected music file via a music platform, you can listen to the music without consuming data. However, as the copyright is protected, you cannot access the music permanently but only within the expiration date.
