If you are unable to use Premium features or are still seeing ads after purchasing Alarmy Premium, please check the following.
- Check your purchase receipt
- When your purchase is successfully completed, a receipt with details will be sent to your email.
- If you didn't receive a receipt, your purchase might not have been completed.
- → If you didn't receive a receipt, please go through the purchasing process again.
- Check the Google PlayStore account you are currently signed in with
- You might be signed in with an account that didn't purchase Alarmy Premium.
- → Please sign in with the account that you purchased Alarmy Premium with.
