Hello, this is the Alarmy team.

Recently, we've got some bug reports from other Larmys that all the alarm settings disappeared, and only the preset alarms were on their alarm list, like the one below.

📩 Please send us Feedback if you experienced the issue

  • We're investigating the bug, but we need more info from the issue logs to get the clue.
  • It'd be highly appreciated if you send us the bug report via [Settings tab > Send Feedback] if you have had the same issue.
  • Every piece of Feedback will help our dev team identify the root cause of resolving the issue.
